The rooms
At the first floor the Villa has 3 independent studios (each with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony) and on the ground floor the Villa has a large apartment (with kitchen, bathroom, large living room and balconies that open directly onto the beautiful garden, pool & the pool house, sea and mountains!
The apartment on the ground floor (100 m2) has a big family kitchen, two bedrooms, living room (half of the living room can be transformed into a third bedroom if necessary). It has a bathroom, a room with a washing machine (iron & ironing board).
The Villa has also a roof terrasse (divine space) that allows to have breathtaking panoramic views, sunsets and star viewings.

The apartment has a surface of 100 m2 and has a bedroom (double bed) with direct access to the bathroom (big hairdryer in the bedroom).
There is also a large living room that can be divided into two parts: a part with a sofa bed and another part can be used as a dining & relaxing room. It has also a flatscreen TV with international channels and wi-fi.
In this apartment there is also a very large family kitchen and a room with a washing machine (iron & ironboard)
